Cycling is probably the lowest impact exercise, so if you have problems with your knees bearing impact/weight that's the one.

Vegy how come you didn't add elliptical machine to the list? That is a good cardio machine.TBH, machines with TVs on them are dumb when you can just mount a tablet and do functionally the same thing. Less cost, but maybe your machine doesn't implode if the cheap tablet they have built in croaks.
elliptical machine machine you can use your arms, to put less pressure on the legs and increase resistance to make it harder. There are elliptical machine with TV on it, so you can watch things on it.
