I so await Trump's "I don't even know who this Pecker guy is...just some person I talked to a few times..."
https://twitter.com/eorden/status/1783594817076842858Did the judge ever rule on the gag order hearing from Tuesday? There were 10 gag order violations presented at that time and now there's even more. I don't know how much clearer it needs to be that Trump will continue to violate the order until he's punished for it.

So by dragging their feet and playing dumb, they can point to a reason why they're going to give harsher punishments. Trump has violated his gag order over a dozen times now and prior to the last judgement, Secret Service was supposedly checking on how they handle jail time for his actions, so since he got off lite last time, it stands within reason that the punishment will incrementally escalate until there's no other option but to hold him in contempt for violating the order and simply jail him.
Supposedly this is what Trump claims to want, but that's because he truly thinks he's untouchable. But once it happens and he isn't able to tweet, truth, or speak about the trial in public at all, he'll realize what a big mistake he's made.

If it's to make sure that whatever punishment he gives will actually stick that sucks but it is what it is. It's just frustrating when we all know you or I would never get away with blatantly ignoring a judge's orders.

He also wants delays. Gag order hearings cause delays.
Maybe on Truth, but he'll never take the stand. He's a coward
A cowardly fat fuck who somehow convinced millions of people that he's some kind of alpha Adonis.
He always insists he wants to testify, yet never does. He's coward and a blowhard.
Any word in how cross examination is going
Twitter has a lot of great takes today:This is already known.

Huh, don't think I've ever seen two top stories at the same time on CNN before lol
Could you fucking imagine Trump being on trial that close to Election Day? It's going to be a shitshow (not that it wasn't already)
After how much of their ass the Supreme Court showed yesterday it's 100 percent certain that in the event of a close election Trump will be given the presidency by them, right?Probably
not giving presidents immunity will actually discourage peaceful transfers of power.
https://www.reddit.com/r/TheLib/comments/1cde8ry/conservative_scotus_is_corrupt/I'm kind of expecting this. They ultimately don't grant presidential immunity but they find a way to delay Trump's criminal trials until after the election.
This is what the USSC will likely do, create some new legal test, and have it go back all the way through the courts again. Then, if Trump wins, no need.

Then of course if he wins and pardons himself they'll rule in the inevitable lawsuit that he has the power to do that.

https://www.reddit.com/r/TheLib/comments/1cde8ry/conservative_scotus_is_corrupt/Pretty insane considering we already have the qualified immunity doctrine which in itself shouldn't be constitutional.

If Biden does win handily, what ends up happening to Trump? Will SCOTUS still save him anyway? He'll just change his occupation from shitposter to professional defendant.
https://twitter.com/NormEisen/status/1783904815115870416I get the feeling this guy's about to be see lots of threats coming his way.
