Yeah, I heard that a couple of times, CEmen prank called massive pizza deliveries to CJayC's home. Ceej ate the pizzas.
We also used to have a banned user list. That was fun. And man, some of those KoSed (kill-on-sight) users were really persistent-- going through 5 or more accounts per week. Note that you still needed to use a different email for each account back then.
The banned user list was eliminated after it started to become a badge of honor (sorta like getting your initials on the high score at the arcade), and censor-bypassing user names became more common (the F -- and sadly N words were the most popular.)
The banned username all-stars are generally considered to be GrandmaLovesTheWang, PoopIsNotCollateral, and ISeeJaySeeDeadguys.
