It says suspended, and exile is reserved for purgatory per today's announcement. We'll see how it goes, though.
Suspended is the status you have when admin decides if you should be sent to purgatory or banned. So now that I say it out loud I guess there's no hope either way.

it applies to warned too, however I feel like warned status comes much quicker than purg or banned because it's the lowest level and may be given out more liberally as a result.
