Whenever I have a cold I always crave really greasy unhealthy fast food. Maybe the excess of energy helps me recover.

Mostly this, however if sickness is accompanied by sore throat I tend to crave soup also, just something warm but also healthy to "get my strength up" and also doubles as fluids.

That's probably why I don't really care for soup in any other context, especially chicken soup. I associate it too much with being sick (and also chicken soup is just too watery)

Usually sleep. The last few times I've been sick it was either due to congestion, which made it hard to sleep, or Poison Ivy, which made it nigh impossible to sleep.
