While I was hitting the gym everyday most I ever accomplished was 20. And they weren't the wide ones. Those are hard AF.

I can do 8 while wearing a 40lb vest.
I haven't done any without the vest for a long time. Around 20.
My record for an hour is 218 without the vest

Probably 5-10 these days. I used to be able to do 20+ easily, but that was over a decade ago lol

You're likely using your forearms too much. I suppose you could do pullups with a band to help work up to it. That's how I started, also having elbow issues. Also could have to do with your grip.

I still can't do many pullups (like only 4 or 5 before my arms totally take over) because of shoulder mobility so that's what I'm working around.

Also a huge part of pullups is core engagement and if you let yourself go limp at all you'll feel so much heavier.

Yeah, I am sure I am doing something wrong. I have been using the seated row machine at the gym because that works my back without hurting anything.

I used to be able to do ~10, but sort of stopped going to the gym during Covid and still haven't really picked the habit back up.

I tried last time and couldn't do 1. So 0.
At the moment, 5-10.

Somewhere between 5-10. Definitely nowhere near in shape like I used to be. But even sedentary, I was always able to do pullups.

Prob like 3 atm. It was 5 last year when I tried to start working out again but I find it tough to commit. I've gotten weaker since then

When I was 16-17 I did up to 21 with very nice form imo. I was able to do 10 muscle ups too without kipping. I was really into parkour at the time and put a lot of focus on climb-ups and other like easy climbs rather than jumps tho. That said for me to reach the next level i would have to take some formal climbing classes or even gymnastics. I definitely plateued at the self taught stuff and didn't see any more gains like a year or two later. I totally quit my physical exercise routine at 19.

I finish off my back with them so I'm not sure how many I can do unfatigued but I usually get between 3-5.

10-15 but i only weigh around 150
Used to able to do 50. I can't believe it myself when I think about it now. I can do about 10-15 nowadays. I weighed 170 back then. Now I'm 145.

Use to be able to do 8 or 9 but my right arm is practically destroyed so none now.
