In a post which I think is literally 2-4 after the one you quoted I followed-up by saying "it's basically a glorified way of telling someone to "shut up"".
I was pointing out the difference between a verb and a noun, in a follow-up post I mentioned how ever verbs can get you in trouble, and elaborated on how STFU is just a glorified "shut up".

No, because you're still deciding that they are "being a bitch". "Being a bitch" is a state of being/existence, telling someone to stop is a command/verb which they do not have to adhere to. Declaring someone is/isn't something is dictating their state of being, it is not a request, command nor a suggestion.
