There should be no time outs in Basketball under a minute left to play..

I know this will never happen and it is impractical, but when the game is close and you want to see who is going to win. Those time out DRAGGGG the game out so much.

Make timeouts 30 seconds long instead of a minute.

The one I hate the most is soccerball.

They don't stop the clock, the clock still runs while the team wastes time and the referee randomly decides to add an arbitrary amount of "Stoppage Time" to the half to vaguely make up for the time wasted (It never does)

And then the ref arbitrary ends the half/game whenever he feels like

It's such a stupid bonkers system. Just stop the clock when the ball is out of play.

Olympic basketball us so much better. It's funny watching guys fall out of bounds thinking they can call timeout

Nah, pretty much every foul under a minute should count as an intentional foul since they all are anyways.
