There should be no time outs in Basketball under a minute left to play..

The one I hate the most is soccerball.

They don't stop the clock, the clock still runs while the team wastes time and the referee randomly decides to add an arbitrary amount of "Stoppage Time" to the half to vaguely make up for the time wasted (It never does)

And then the ref arbitrary ends the half/game whenever he feels like

It's such a stupid bonkers system. Just stop the clock when the ball is out of play.
