I know a lot of people who got a 360 because their friends were playing the new CoD on it so they wanted to play with them. I got it for similar reasons but also because Xbox was hitting the Japanese market and even had exclusives plus I was a huge fan of Fable.
I switched to the PS4 because I stopped playing CoD and PS4's focus was something I preferred. Xbox One...I can't even name a game from there except Sunset Overdrive...oh and Halo and Gears of War.
I got it cause I couldn't find a fucking Wii in 2006. Said fuck it and got a 360 with Oblivion, Condemned and Call of Duty 2.
