when he was set to guest star on Game of Thrones, he spoiled the return of a character who had been thought dead at that point, and when he was rightfully called out for that by the fandom, instead of apologizing for the misstep like any rational human being would, he doubled down and took a huge shit on the entire fandom by saying that it's just "tits and dragons" and we all need to "get a fucking life". you don't fucking tell the people who are responsible for your continuing career and whose viewership funds your lifestyle that they need to get a fucking life. that is one of the most dick moves a celebrity can possibly do.You're gonna shit on entire series because of one actor !?
Ian McShane & Timothy Olyphant doing audio commentary together is one of the greatest DVD extras made by man.I need to check that out. My all time favorite commentary track is the cast commentary for the Scooby Doo live action movie.

Pilot episodes are rarely the best of what any show has to offer...Yeah pilot episodes are generally pretty bad. At least watch the first 3 episodes of a show before judging, that's my rule anyway.

as a GOT fan I thought that shit was funny as hellIt's literally what happened in the books, lol
everyone knew that mf was coming back come on
uh, no it's not?Different details, same concept. It's really not that big of a deal. If he's being asked about his role, and that's literally the only thing he did on the show, it's understandable that he'd let it slip and then ask "what's the big deal?"
the difference in details being it was outright portrayed in the show and was only vaguely hinted at in the books and not confirmed at all.But basically as confirmed as it can be without being outright stated. I never even read the books and I knew it.
How many seasons did that show get?Hey sunhawk did you like smallville? Very underappreciated show

this is a really fucking weird and nonsensical way of trying to justify an actor telling the fans of the show he's guest starring on that they need to get a fucking lifeIt's not that weird, and actors have said much worse. He's like 81 years old, and was in his 70s when that happened, so I'm not sure why you're expecting him to be super in tune with fandom culture.
no, he wasn'tHe was. People's screeching on twitter when it happened was far more overwrought than it had any right to be. The instant I saw he had been cast for a part in a single episode I thought "dude is gonna die, it's the only reason for him to be in the show". Also, anyone who thought the character who returned was actually dead despite having never died on screen was delusional.
I don't know how anyone could come to that conclusion.what is your favorite show then?
what is your favorite show then?Depends on the genre.
Depends on the genre.did you like seinfeld, i liked that show , seinfeld got huge ratings and i agreed with that. Really liked smallville but it never caught on like seinfeld.
Comedy: Either 30 Rock or Arrested Development
Character Drama: Probably Mad Men, though the aforementioned Deadwood is certainly up there
Fantasy: Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel
I don't have just one singular favorite show.
