He told Biden he has a "photographic understanding and recall of the house", so that was a specific example. I think it's reasonable to acknowledge that Biden can remember certain things well but be critical of other examples he can't remember, like if he was VP in 2009.
He also lied about Biden not remembering when he son died, when the question asked what month and Biden gave the exact date, May 30th.
Hur is a verified liar and his report was a political smear job. EVERYBODY is saying how improper it is for a prosecutor to say how they assume a jury would respond to a defendant and how wrong he was for including that.
There is no defending him.
