2 shows that I most regret being canceled
First one
I think it was called Kings. It was on NBC like over a decade ago. The premise was they were telling the story of King David from the Bible, but if it happened in a fictional modern day country. So like in the first episode, David who is a basic soldier, takes down a tank named Goliath . It had some interesting potential in later seasons if you know his life story in the Bible. But it only got one season and we didn't even see him become the next king yet
2nd one was Flash Forward
I think it was on ABC around the same time as Kings actually. Maybe not the exact same year. But possibly 1 or 2 years before or after. The premise was that everyone on earth one day loses consciousness for like 5 minutes. During that time they see a vision of where they will be in several years. Then everyone wakes up. Also some people saw nothing, and that gets interpreted by people that they will be dead by the time of the visions. These people start a death cult I think. The show was ABC wanting to replace Lost. It aired like a year after Lost had ended I think. I thought the mystery was pretty intriguing. So I was sad when it didn't get renewed
