Seems like it'd be a good way to reduce wastage. Not everyone's gonna go through a whole loaf before it goes off ya know?

EDIT: To be clear I'm meaning half as long and thus half as many slices; not that the slices are smaller.
Do, or do not. There is no Trumble.

I never buy bread because I end up throwing most of it away. I like this idea.

I've heard it's a thing but never seen it before with the kind of bread I buy.

Although I usually don't have a problem with finishing a full loaf of bread before it gets bad. Sandwiches are one of the main staples of my diet.

This. I keep bread in the freezer since I eat it so rarely and take out pieces as I need it. Doesn't taste any different imo as long as you don't leave it for months.
This is where cool people write stuff.

They do but it's never at a good price. We rarely eat bread so whenever I buy some I have to plan a whole week around having it in every meal
