I stopped taking my medication and I am losing my mobility. I am not sure what I should do. If I keep taking the medication I would gain weight. And if I don't take the medication I won't be able to walk. I was so close to having everything go right. But they never do.
If you say I am wrong, then prove that you are right.
Medication seems like the right answer. Idk the condition but if weight gain is the only side effect having your mobility will help you in other areas of life. I know having to make the decision is discouraging.
Missed to doses..jag was right should not have done that . I can't walk at all. Called in coming in late a few mins late today. So just like that I fucked myself up.

Take your medication. Keep your eating in check and do some weight lifting, and you should be able to maintain your weight.

my left knee is still slightly injured... doesnm't hurt to walk but feels very... weird and stretching gives some slight relief for a little bit.

i compensated by only doing brief cardio, nothing that would put too much pressure on it. After that i did some good ol fashioned clanging and banging

Recently I found that if my stomach makes noises, and growls even though i dont particularly feel hungry, that im confirmed losing weight the next morning if i dont eat anything until i sleep

i weigh every morning, and so far it seems that i weigh less whenever it happens and i go to sleep like this

I started to do some Cardio setting down, due to mobility issues. You might want to look into that if it gets really bad and you still want to do cardio. And DDP has some that you can do in the bed.

You are right and I did, it was silly idea to even think about not doing it. I like my progress, but if I can't walk I can't walk. Thank you

a little tough love to myself but if it motivates anyone else, kudos.

You are overweight, it is not cool, or something to celebrate. Every pound you lose is a pound that you shouldn't have had in the first place, because you were enjoying yourself too much. The current you is what happens when you don't take care of your body and should serve as a reminder of what you could be if you ever forget that. Never stop working until you're happy with the you you are. The seats aren't too small on airplanes/amusement parks and there's nothing wrong with the weight limits on many activities, you're just too big because you were lazy and negligent and even when you saw a problem you didn't rectify it.

So do better, be better. Work harder than anyone so you can enjoy life, while you're still young or very soon you will be living a pathetic life, lonely and taking medication to combat your many weight related illnesses and injuries, to die a early death at the hands of a heart attack. Enjoy the fact that each day you wake up you are better and more healthier than the day before, never give up or lose sight of your goal. Everything in this world will be better when you return to the realm of the healthy.
yes
With the time change, I got dressed and slow ran outdoors for two miles. First time I ever had a zone 2 run outdoors. It was incredibly slow but felt good. Cool weather helped. My last run before the 5K will be Wednesday and if I can I should lift weights before that.

Hearing a lot about nagging injuries. What helps me recover is using a freeze sleeve after exercising even when I'm not sore. CBD patches and RSO oil help too

i just realized that i almost had an unplanned Meatless Monday, lol. if it hadn't been for the last two pieces of leftover popcorn chicken i polished off as a snack, i would have had no meat today. not that i'm trying to go meatless or anything, that's just the way things shook out.

Do you get your protein if you do that ?

i had fried eggs and cheese as part of breakfast, and a banana with peanut butter as a snack later in the day, so i got a decent amount. i could stand to have gotten more, but i didn't work out today or anything.

Cool beans, sometimes I know that slips my mind . Like when I first got hurt again. I was eating nothing but crabs. It wasn't a lot of them. Like I was coming in way under my cal count. But I was just eating to put something in my gut. Since I was in so much pain.

Welcome!

Would that not be too thin? I know everybody is different, but I would think you would have no belly by 175.

My lowest weight was 141 lbs.

Don't think I'll ever get there again though.

Anyway, my current goal should be easy enough.

Just stop eating and learn how to cry each and every day. *lol*
Got back to the gym finally after like, a month or so just kinda avoiding it or doing more light workout stuff in my home.

Felt nice to just get back into that frame of mind and to work on myself.

Have you tried restraint bands. They are honestly a good alternative to the gym. With my mobility issues. I have not been able to go the gym. Andbthose things gave me a real work out.

They think it is plantars fascists but are not sure since it so bad. Normally with this people might have limp 8 at the start of the day and foot pain. But my issues is so bad I literally can't walk with out feeling I was shot. With each step. I have internal issues as well with my ticker and my pressure. So I have to make sure those are fixed before I go finding help with that.

Did they prescribe you with anything to help move? Like a scooter, crutches, or a wheelchair that'd make it easier for you to move around?

I got some prednisone, but it can stop weight loss and even cause weight gain. So, I stopped taking it, but the pain came back fully after about a day. So I was being silly and I hurt my healing process. So I am going to deal with this even more. The thing is, I can go months without episodes, then wake up unable to walk. I am both Magneto and Professor X. I am Professor Mag. The pain's in both feet, so crutches wouldn't help. I haven't asked for a scooter yet, though I use them at the store. Between you, me, and CE, those things are super fun to drive around in. They help me forget about feeling overwhelmed in stores. LOL.

Oh damn. That's awful. It doesn't quite sound like Planters Facitis to me but I'm not an expert or anything. Here's hoping that despite the pain being so bad, that it is something that can have a permanent cure for.

Thank you. Today's not as bad. This morning was rough, but now it's just occasional shots of pain. I have a lot of health issues, but I'm hopeful that this weight loss journey will help me start fixing them. Getting my blood pressure and heart issues under control will likely improve with maintaining a healthy weight. Then I can focus on addressing the foot pain. As for my fear of crowded spaces... well, that's just here to stay, I guess! LOL.

I am going to post my home Gym on Friday. I am just saying it now so I can remember to do it. It isn't anything at all fancy. But I have bands and dumbbells and I get a full workout. I made a topic about out side of here. I guess on Friday I will go into detail. Well I guess Saturday since Friday I have to build my bench. And clean the turtle tank.

And that is sad about those video guys. I never watched them but they seem to bring a lot of people together.

Hey guys remember your sleep. I dont know if I am alone here. But my sleep has been crap since day light savings time. If you are like me Remember to get back on track. Resting is key to building muscle and losing weight . I am running off 3 hours sleep today. That is no good

I have been awful the last couple weeks, but I have been in the process of moving. Carrying lots of furniture and boxes up and down stairs has made my knees hurt, so I can't run. And I just haven't been inspired to properly lift with all the lifting I have been doing.
