After it was announced he was about to die, Biden said they found a breakthrough treatment for his condition. That didn't make nearly as many headlines as the ones saying he was on death's doorstep, though.

Not even kidding, there. He had his genome sequenced about 15 years back, and it turned out he has some gene variants that give him a naturally-high tolerance for drugs, which means he has to do more of them than most people can handle just to feel the effects at all .
