Mental and physical.
Im back at work 100%. (Been on sick leave sonce mid July, started slowly coming back, working like 25% etc).
Pretty much recovered from my herniated disc. Still can feel sore on my neck and shouldee but my arm pain has been gone for like a month.
Still have appointment with surgeons and my doctor thinks I should still have the appointment as they can explain my MRI etc better. I wont get surgery tho, unless which I doubt they still recomend one. I am seeing a physiotherapist.
We moved office location so I have started to walk to and from work. 25 min walk one way, sometimes I park closer but its then a 10 min walk.
I started back up swimming yesterday, I usually go for 60 or 30 min once a week. I went 10 mins instead, and today again. Maybe thats a better tactic for overall health, kinda forced to do many times a week as I have 7 times left of card before 27th.
Diet is better, replaced candy with fruit, not totally. I drink way less alcohol. I changed soda for a Soda Streamer, sometimes just have bubbles, often a lemonade.
I eat breakfast every day (before never).
Im changing from cigs to snus (much healthier).
As for mental Ive just finished CBT over the internet. It taught me some new things my previous therapist didnt talk about, mainly become friends with my anxiety insteqd of fighting it. And it has helped. Today I had barely any anxiety and I felt perfect my job (I have pressure on me from me to perform 120%).
Best part is all these changes is better for my economy, I save more money.
Sorry for long read. Just wanted to vent something positive!
