Intentionally tanking your MMR or creating new accounts to play against lower skilled players. So you'd have like high diamond or pro players intentionally ruining games for new and/or bad players. I guess it was becoming a major issue in DotA, so Valve made it against the TOS.

Well, I guess Blizzard did kind of ban it by making battlegrounds give XP. You can turn off XP gain, but that puts you in a separate BGs queue with other people that turned it off. For some reason, most twinks stopped doing it when they went up against other twinks instead of just dominating normal players in min/maxed gear.
