The stalemate sucks, but Azerbaijan is actually really pretty and fairly advanced economy and quality of life wise as far as the "Stans" go.

They do have an authoritarian leader as well, but pretty much all of them do besides Kyrgyzstan.

Now if it was can't live in the US, I'd take it immediately. Just live in France or some shit. 10m I'm sure can last me forever anywhere. But I sure as shit wouldn't want to live in an African country or some shit since most seem to be under warlords and dictatorships.
