The police dont prevent crime the best they can do is stop it in the act or catch the person afterwards. I feel like yall want all crime to stop or people arent doing their jobs.
Having an officer stop by because of a call to make sure everything is alright is the bare min. This isn't about cops being able to prevent all crimes. This about them doing the bare min for their job.But realistically if a location is too remote for fast response time the. The bare minimum means nothing.
