I just want to make sure I understand this. If I want to lose weight, I should do heavy weights and short reps? And I guess if I want to gain muscle, I should do lighter weights with more reps?In general, yes. Heavy weight ensures that you're doing everything that you can to hold onto strength and, second to that, as much muscle as possible while losing weight. Higher reps and lighter weight isn't going to be enough for that purpose, but that WILL help you gain muscle hypertrophy (size) if you're gaining weight.
It's worth it, along with a reverse hypermachine if you have back pain. The sled I have is the Rogue Slice, which is a more budget-friendly and compact sled.I do this every day (alternate between this video and the new one they just released) and it has basically cured my back pain
Also, have you looked into the McGill Big 3 for back pain? It's just 3 rehab exercises you need no equipment for designed by probably the world's leading back pain expert Stuart McGill.
Ah that explains it then. What's wrong with your phone?
Post-gym pump. I'm training around an elbow injury right now and bench pressing with an underhand grip, which doesn't aggravate the golfer elbow syndrome I have.
