Just did my first workout in a little over a week because digestion and sleep have been really bad. Definitely feeling my bench form getting better, but still being held back by my triceps I think because extending to lockout is incredibly difficult. Trying to get better at lean-away lat raises, but it's pretty awkward since my gym doesn't have much to grab on to, I end up leaning away from the smith machine, and there's only a mirror on one side, so I can't really see how my left arm does.
