As far as freezing goes, I've found that leaving them in there longer causes the filling to firm up more and I like the texture. It doesn't freeze hard, it just gets chewy/gummy and I imagine the fridge wouldn't get them cold enough to get quite the same texture.I have some here at home, Ill try putting them in the freezer for a while and see how they taste
But they probably do get hard if you freeze them too long, idk
