Yes, do it.
Struggle builds character. I'd stick it out. Especially if you don't have something else lined up.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RES3vZOGmFY
But I'd be screwing over my employees whom I actually likeDo whats right for you. Its your conscience.
No, make him fire you so you can collect unemployment.lol i mean, yeah but to get it you have to be fired without it really being your fault. like being laid off.
Start responding to his remarks with "not my problem" or literally stop working.
You usually can't collect unemployment if you quit.
If you don't think you'll get fired no matter what, then yeah quit. Fuck that life, your mental health is important.
You have the nature of insecurity. By that I mean, you often go around the truth or completely avoid it.I like the way this user writes a post
No, make him fire you so you can collect unemployment.I don't recommend that trying to get fired on purpose. Always remain on good terms with last employers when you can. Get a reference.. you never know when your need it.

You have no backup plan, which means you'll be unemployed for some time, which means you'll be a drain on society. No, it's selfish, and you shouldn't do it.
Very foolish to leave on a whim.i disagree, if TC has some money saved up. if he quits, it will light a fire under his ass to apply at other jobs right away.
I personally believe it looks bad that you would quit as a manager. That's what entry level workers do...or at least more often than a manager.I agree it may look bad on a resume
Your next employer might be hesitant to hire a person who clearly cannot handle the stressors of management.
It would look clean and professional of you to at least give a 2 week notice and then bounce. This should provide you a much better shot at management positions elsewhere.

I'll be honest. If I only worked somewhere for a week, I wouldn't even bother putting it in my resume. Not sure how long TC worked at Panera though. I might be a dumbass and missed it somewhere
5 years.Yeah I don't recommend it man. But I don't know your situation and how stressful it is.
And literally just got off the production floor. Half of my night crew didn't show up so it was literally me and one other person the last two hours
