I don't have any backup plan at the moment and even taking lesser pay somewhere else sounds better than the mental fucking torture that is my work life right now.
Backstory i guess; I'm a manager at a Panera and my GM is just a giant piece of shit who I guess hates me for some reason? He has an endless list of things he thinks i screw up everyday but it's all just nitpicky bullshit that everyone else does that he won't call them out on.
It's getting to the point where I just dread coming into work cause i know it's just going to be me getting reamed out for stupid asinine shit. I'm really tempted right now to just throw my store keys in his face and leave.
I don't want this man's life, I just want his sandwiches.
