you can only decide this for yourself. general advice is "no no don't quit until you find another job"
but honestly, that could take months, and you lose time because you're working and youre stressed out.
i quit a job in a huff without another one lined up once. they were firing people left and right and lying about the reasons. then i got accused of stealing computers and under investigation and got thrown a lot of work to do that i got no support in, then blamed when it failed. my boss went up to me and asked if i had done X, and i said no because im working on a, b , and c even though my job is to do z. then he sent me an email saying i need to keep up with my tasks. so i told him i quit.
i was out of a job for 3 months. we were okay because my now wife was working, and we had credit cards to help pay for things (though it did exponentially increase our debt) but i was happier at the end of the day.
