If any english-speaking person says Rinku, please slap yourself.
Tee-dus and Tie-dus should have been in the mix.

The worse part about that is , when it has been spoken in video games they have said it both ways .

Was there a Tidus in a different game? Cause I don't remember anybody in FFX ever actually calling Tidus by name in a spoken line.

Why not slap them instead?
Rinku? Never heard that one, but I suppose that might be would you would call him in Japan. Most consonant sounds can't end a word in Japanese, and the default sound to use to compensate is the "u" version, and famously, the l sounds are generally changed to r sounds.
But seeing as some English games actually do have Aeris localized as Aerith, that's not a big deal, so I'm gonna have to go with Rinku being worse.
