1. got bit by a vicious maltese
2. lost one of my tools (a cheap one but still)
3. provisioning servers for the cable services were fucked the entire afternoon so I just had to leave customers with a "yeah, the channels will work later this evening (maybe), but you can still watch the On Demand, here's my number, call me if it's still not working tomorrow"

Bad day. Wot water stuff frozen earlier today. Plumber got it fixed now so I have hit water thank goodness.

My day was good overall. Two separate shifts were open in the upcoming weeks because people wanted them off so I was able to pick up 16 hours of work. While I was on break my car insurance called to let me know they reduced my monthly rate by about $30. The only bad part was it was a slow day where it was sometimes half an hour or more between customers.
