1. got bit by a vicious maltese
2. lost one of my tools (a cheap one but still)
3. provisioning servers for the cable services were fucked the entire afternoon so I just had to leave customers with a "yeah, the channels will work later this evening (maybe), but you can still watch the On Demand, here's my number, call me if it's still not working tomorrow"
