Hmm I guess that's what this comes down to. One choice is selfish in nature when compared to the other. I think I'd go with teleportation if I really had to choose.

While teleportation would be cooler, the food/drink has a tiny loophole. I could create some valuable substance and become rich as fuck :D

Food/Beverage. 2 basic survival needs out of the way until I die.

If you can absolutely summon any food and drink at will and it doesnt cost you any stamina, you can run an absolute out of the world high-end restaurant then you can make like 3-4 million a year. You wont have to hire chefs and you'll be known as the fastest 5 star restaurant in the world. And also the best quality.
So your revenue might actually be closer to 5-6 million a year. Since my estimate of 3-4million has already deducted the costs of a typpical high end restaurant making $9000 a night.
You could also summon expensive food/ingredients or summon herbs. Selling truffles, shark fins, edible birds' nests, ginseng, sordyceps sinensis etc. Would get you rich in no time.

The title says I can make any food at will. Which means I could even make food that doesn't actually exist. Like a slice of pizza that gives whoever eats it super strength or flight or whatever. It would be so easy to exploit that loophole

No you can't.
There's more than enough food in the world to feed everyone, by a fucking huge margin. The problem is logistics in distribution and political. Unless that power means you can make food appear literally anywhere in the world like some kind of omniscient god, you're not solving anything.

The food power is obviously the goofy choice, but it's interesting the amount of ways it could be used ruthless and destructively.

Food/beverage. As stated, you'd get rich running a "order/eat whatever you want" restaurant, you could feed the hungry for charity work on the side and if you got creative, you could stop crime using your power too.
