Teleport or create any food/drink at will.

Food/beverage. As stated, you'd get rich running a "order/eat whatever you want" restaurant, you could feed the hungry for charity work on the side and if you got creative, you could stop crime using your power too.

On top of all that, if you just wanted to live off the grid? Just get a cabin or a lighthouse, and you'd never have to return to society again.

I mean, teleport is cool and all...but food/beverage is too OP.
