Is it really that worth playing? From what I've heard it's a decent early Genesis shmup, but as far as early (specifically pre-SNES) Genesis shmups go, I've heard better things about MUSHA, Thunder Force III & Truxton.

It's different enough from most shmups to warrant a playthrough imo. And used to be pretty damn fun co-op.

I actually made this topic because I was indecisive as to whether I wanted to move directly on to Crash 2 after beating the first one (I just got 100% on the PS1 version a couple days ago).

Clock Tower & Fatal Frame are two games I'm definitely interested in, though on the other hand I might wanna wait until it's getting dark out earlier to play horror games.

Regardless of the results, since Mega Man IV GB's such a short game I might just play it alongside one of the other options.
