Just received an anonymous prison mail. Should I open it?

Its got the name of a local state prison with "prison mail" stamped in red on top of it. The senders got the address but no name. I dont know anyone thats currently in prison.

I'd open it. The sender is in prison. It's not like he can send you anthrax or something.
I have trouble concentrating because I have 80HD.

he posted a few days ago, got mad when i gave him a subpar rating on the games he purchased through steam. if he didn't purchase 2 of those games in his picks would of been a 10/10.

Well that is good that he isn't in jail. I don't know him personally but I feel so bad for the guy. Something isn't working right when you go out of your way to annoy the police. And honestly I gave all the police he has run into gold stars. So many times it could have gotten ugly.
