Yes. The death penalty is on moratorium here with little chance of that changing (California). If it weren't it would be more complicated.

Hell yeah I would. I love my fam. but I don't need that kinda' crazy in my life. Shit I'm like tom from the boondocks, I prefer living a squeaky clean life because I don't want to go to jail and get anally raped...associating with a serial killer seems to be a quick method to pound town.

"Suspect" is way too general. I'd have to have some decent reasoning beyond "suspect."
