but the lady I talk to is really nice so thats cool

Just to clarify I dont love love my therapist. I know some people get crushes on their mental health professionals. Thats not whats going on here lmao I just really vibe with her, way more than when I tried therapy a few years ago

Therapy is great. My most recent therapist was a guy with serious Mr. Rogers energy.
