A plate or bowl depending on what it is.
I love Lord Jesus, Family Matters (for Steve & Laura which I typed up a beautiful alt from Just One Date episode) and FFIX (for Zidane & Garnet).

I had Frito pie for dinner, that's chili, cheese, and corn chips. Doesn't really work with a plate.

I had leftover pizza for breakfast, that doesn't work with a bowl.

Normally not fond of answers like the one I'm going to give, but in this case, it honestly depends on what I'm eating most of the time. For example: Cereal? Bowl. Hot dogs? Plate. Snack mix? Bag.

Has no one eaten straight out of the pot before?

I'm too lazy sometimes to pour soup I heated up into a bowl. And if I know I'll be the only one eating it.. well a ladle is just a big spoon...

Edit:
I've also eaten straight out of the rice cooker and drank straight from the blender, too.

Besides just sampling stuff that's cooking in it? Nah not really...But other is an option, and pans/cans/skillets/woks can be options as well
