Well, first of all you spelled "Dalai Lama" incorrectly, so that's already strike one.

But more to the point, Buddha literally means "awakened one" and is a title for those who have achieved enlightenment. There have been many of them in Buddhist traditions - several dozen, depending on which Buddhist tradition(s) you're talking about.
