how about do you even listen to the voicemails some of these unknown callers will sometimes leave?

If they leave a message(they rarely do), then I will usually add them to my contacts. And then, most likely, still won't answer. Haha. Unless it's like someone close who got a new number...

I don't usually answer the phone if I recognize the number. That's what my voicemail is for, I don't want to put my voicemail out of a job.

Rarely. If its important or they know me and really want to get ahold of me they'll leave a message. If someone leaves a message I always listen to it.
