A few days ago i stumbled upon a live video of a bunch of people smoking pot, drinking and talking. I called them a bunch of ******* and stoners, and felt kinda bad afterwords. But it was really more so trolling for my own amusement rather than bullying, so i voted not sure.
I think some people on PotD and CE have bullied others without realizing it. not everyone seems to recognize when they are bullying someone
Bullying is kind of in the eye of the beholder, so I've probably done things that counted as bullying to someone. I completely avoid the usual things like making fun of someone's appearance and stuff, but I'm certainly guilty of joining in online when someone has said something that made everyone gang up against them. Like the time I harrassed a zoophile for hours because he was in love with his cat. :P

Eh, I wouldn't say I've bullied someone but someone has really made me mad and so I let them have it in a few posts online. But that was it.
Johnny Allen Hendrix Reborn....the JaH used to be Japanese at Heart, but I no longer think that's cool, so I changed it. <_<
Maybe once or twice someone was being a real jerk that made me go a little overboard in dealing with them. I don't know if I've actually bullied someone though.
