This 21 y/o Kid Broke 20 of his DAUGHTERS BONES he had with his Asian Wife!!!

21 y/o Redneck Jerk, Richard Root from Wisconsin gets only 6 MONTHS in Prison after he was convicted of being his infant daughter and breaking 20 BONES of her bones and causing a brain hemorrhage!!

He plead no contest to a reduced charge of neglecting a child and was initially charged of a more serious count of chid abuse, recklessly causing great harm.

The married father of 2 was arrested back in March after he shook his daughter and knelt on her legs while changing her diaper.

The baby was rushed to Aurora Medical Centre as doctors found 9 broken ribs, a broken arm and a broken leg, injuries to her face and multiple brain bleeds

Circuit Judge Thomas Gritton barred him from using alcohol or drugs and ordered him to keep a job or attend school full time and counselling.

He also has a no-contact order for his daughter and a second child, a boy that he and his newlywed wife just welcomed

When questioned by police, he admitted that he "snapped" due to stress and lack of sleep. He demonstrated on a DOLL how he grabbed the baby around the chest and shook her while asking why she was crying.

The mother was at work at the time of the attack and hasn't been charged. They got married last year in February

Do you think this jerk deserved a longer prison sentence for this?.

Our system is tremendously overburdened because we collect criminals instead of getting rid of them. People get nearly nothing for doing heinous shit or being perpetual drains constantly.

Do you think this jerk deserved a harsher punishment?

This is a personal issue for me as I can relate to some degree. I never understood why anyone would harm their own kids. Well save for the fact that they are weak and like to feel "hard" by attacking things that are smaller then them. Karma normally catches up with these people in the end and yes he deserves a lot more.

Ludicrously slack for the crime. Perhaps the prosecution are biding their time, saving the harsher punishment for if/when the baby dies.

a 21 year old is not a kid

I just hope the killers in jail give him the punishment he truly deserves.
