800, Ive had to run that race twice for hs track and I puked both times after. The pace that its run at vs the distance is just brutal. At least in longer runs, you can fall into your own pace and accept not winning. Shorter races are more so fun.

Honestly I found the 3k waay better than a 800. 800 was way too high of a pace.
