Opposite for me.
"Authentic" cheesesteak is kinda gross to me. Just greasy steak and greasy cheese.

Grilled lean shaved steak along with (also grilled) mushrooms and bell peppers with cheese? Delicious! One of my favorite meals. I'm glad so many restaurants can be relied upon to "do it wrong."
