I love Persona but (my strong personal bias says) DaS3 is the obvious choice here.

Just get the Fire Fades edition so you get all the DLC.

And then once you git gud you can just constantly run through all the walls at full speed. I still remember my first go at nameless, friede, and gael. Hoo boy did I get rekt. Now they're pretty much cake walk.

I don;t know if your taste is terrible, it's on the right track anyway.
If you're looking at FFXV, think about picking it up super cheap or getting FFXII zodiac age.
