These are the ones I haven't done yet.

They'll all be Rogue archers as I also have yet to have the PC be that class. I'm leaning towards Dalish Elf because It would make more sense for an archer yet I kind of want to try a Dwarf for once but hate playing as smaller characters.

I hate playing dwarves, but the Noble origin is awesome. The fall from grace only to rise is great.

out of those 3 I find dwarf noble's story to be most interesting
