I'm sure she's had some work done. The way her upper lip looks is kind of a giveaway. Otherwise this is with makeup and angles, so it's hard to really peg age. In general, 40s doesn't necessarily look old depending on how people live. If you live clean, get the right amount of sleep, exercise, and have good genetics, you can look a lot younger. One of my coworkers looked early 30s but was actually 50s. Another coworker looked early 20s (he also dressed kinda young which, being in graphic design, they let him get away with) but was 38 or 39.
But yeah, she looks good for her age.
