Do you wear a belt?

I wear belts all the time but I'm not really sure why. I used to not wear belts as a kid, then I started needing belts because I was really skinny and it was hard to find pants that were long enough without being too big in the waist. Now most of my pairs of pants fit without a belt, but I guess I'm just in the habit of putting the belts on. I should try going back to beltless

You ever think about how dirty and disgusting belts are? No one washes them and they are the first thing you touch after taking a dump.

I'm 6'4" so finding the right waist and length is a pain so it's easier to get some large waist ones and use a belt.

Don't like the skinny jeans shit either so it's nice to have them to big and loose anyways.

I do think about that. I wash mine from time to time lol.

But yeah, I wear a belt every day. Most of my pants are a little big around the waist now.

Another thing that ingrained my belt-wearing was that I worked for a long time in a place that required business casual dress, so I'd always try to wear a belt for that, even though my pants fit without. It was kind of a pet peeve of mine when people wouldn't wear a belt. As stupid as I think dress codes are, if you have to adhere to one, at least wear a damn belt. I thought that was common sense, and it's by far one of the less uncomfortable aspects of business dress

I didn't even tuck my shirts in at work but still wore a belt. Sometimes when I forgot to put on the belt, I'd feel stupid at work once I realized

I wear them without tucking in now as well. I just feel like a kid if I dont dress well now.

I alsi feel better when Im wearing my nice belt and matching shoes.

Aren't white belts kind of effeminate? I don't think I've ever seen a man wearing a white belt. Or maybe I have, but not much. I'm sure men's white belts exist, but it sounds weird as something to wear all the time. Do you wear a lot of black or white pants? A white belt with blue jeans, for example, sounds awful

The vast majority of the time. I got used to wearing one for work. Now it doesn't really feel right if I don't have one on.

...I never thought about that. That being said, I don't usually touch my poop with my hands.

On-topic: I have to wear a belt for work as part of the dress-code, but if I'm wearing a pair of pants that fit, I don't really care.

Yep. I'm skinny and tall so have to as for some reason most clothes manufacturers assume fat people are tall while skinny people are small.

You do realize they make different types of suspenders? Some are designed to clip or even hook to a belt.
