That's the worst to me.
I feel like if I owed someone money, it would be constantly on my mind and I would be trying everything I could to get it back to them ASAP. Sounds like once she got what she wanted, she was no longer concerned about paying you back. Probably owes a ton of people a ton of money. I know plenty of people like that.
I've known a couple of girls like that, they bat their eyelashes at you when they want something, and then when they get it they vanish until they want something again. Shame it happened to you, but at least you learned the first time
