only need a few avocado's. some lemon juice and whatever you want in the guac. only gotta remove the seed and scoop out the innards and mash it up.
One question does the avocado have to be ripe? There are times no ripe avocado are available just rock hard avocado.
you can ripen an avocado in a few minutes by sticking it into a brown paper bag with apples and bananas and closing the bag tightly.
