Mika UE40 (or Kazusa or if you're a masochist Yuzu), Ui, Maki (maxed), Akane, Ako, Himari in that order.
Start with Ui EX on Mika, then Akane EX
wait for 10 cost
Do Mika>Ako>Himari at the same time in that order (buffs on Mika of course)
as quickly as possible follow up Akane>Mika (Himari UE40 can be very significant here)
Okay so when I try this I make him Groggy right after the second breath, but I fail to make the screen transition so while I prevent the first missile barrage, I take a second one right after groggy anyway and some people die
