i've already outgrown the barbell squat which is why i moved to the gravity chamber

i used to barbell back squat, but then i started doing a double barbell squat (like in the picture below but with barbells)

once i grew past that i started using the gravity chamber. i guess i could double squat in the chamber but the gym discourages that

Those are dumbbells. A barbell is a bar a few feet long. The most familiar barbell has room for plates to add to increase the weight.

You can try squats and deadlifts with a barbell. If you want to stick with dumbbells, you can try Bulgarian squats. Also lunges.

If youre new to lifting, Id focus on form to ensure youre doing your workouts correctly. Bad form will lead to injuries. For squats and deadlifts, its important to keep your back straight and not arch it. If you start arching your back, your back is doing the lifting and not your legs.
